How to use the Beta Parts Finder if you want to order Beta original spare parts from CROSS-SHOP.com:

1. Click on this link https://partsfinder.softway.it/beta/

2. Find your model on the left using the chassis number or select your model in the menu on the right.

3. Select the assembly and display the exploded view.

4. Select the spare part you need and add it to the shopping cart.

5. When you have added all the spare parts you need to the shopping cart, click on the shopping cart symbol at the top right.

6. Print out your shopping list as a PDF. Send us the created PDF by email. [email protected]

What happens next?

We will immediately send you an order confirmation about the requested spare parts / availability.

After receiving payment, we will order the spare parts and send them to you upon receipt.

Attention! Parts ordered via the Beta Parts Finder cannot be exchanged.
