RETURN Policy
Would you like to return a product? Please always submit a return request first or contact us via [email protected] . Never send items back without prior approval from our customer service.
Important information
- Returns must always be registered in advance
- B2B orders and orders shipped outside the EU are excluded from the right of return
- Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging
- Returns without a return request may be refused

Step 1 — Login
Click login or use the link below:
Step 2 — Sign in to your account
Sign in with your email address and password to access your personal dashboard.
Step 3 — My orders
Go to your personal dashboard and open “My orders”.
Step 4 — View order
Click “View” on the order for which you want to return items.
Step 5 — Return items
Scroll down and click “Return items”.
Step 6 — Select quantity
Select the quantity you would like to return for each item.
Step 7 — Enter return reason
Enter the reason for your return so we can process your request correctly.
Step 8 — Choose return action
Choose the desired return action such as exchange or refund.
Step 9 — Submit
Add comments if necessary and click “Submit”. After receiving your return request, we will contact you regarding further processing.
Return conditions
- Returns must be registered within 14 days after delivery
- Products must be returned complete and undamaged
- Special orders, custom products and B2B orders are excluded from returns
- Orders shipped outside the EU are excluded from the right of return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise
- After approval, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method
